Timothy W. Giraldin
President and CEO
Mr. Giraldin was brought into Main Street Seniors by Cliff White to handle the day-to-day operations of running the Main Street Seniors several years ago. Prior to that Tim had been consulting Cliff and working with him for more than 10 years to help develop Cliff’s vision for the senior living market. For the past two years, Tim served as President of Main Street Seniors and helped Cliff and the Main Street Seniors increase their overall value by focusing on the Residents through his Servant Leadership ideals. Tim’s unique skillset complimented Cliff's vision so well Tim recently moved his family to Huntsville to continue to be able to put Cliff’s incredible vision into reality. Tim is a lifelong entrepreneur and CEO, who has founded several start-ups in many different markets. Tim has built a successful business and brings a very complementary approach to what Cliff is trying to do with his vision. Tim’s experience in capital raising, public and private investment markets, and immense business background and savvy make him the perfect person to make this all happen.
Vice-President Human Resources
With over 10 years of direct hands-on experience Alicia Chargualaf served in The Cottages prior to our sale of the Cottages to HSL in Tennessee as the Human Resources Director. Alicia represented the company with a true servant mentality and handled all day-to-day issues that came up with grace and dignity. Alicia stayed on with us through the acquisition and now serves as our Vice President of Human Resources.
Alicia lives in Madison, Alabama with her husband Danny and their two dogs. She earned her Bachelor of Business Management with a focus on Healthcare Management from Athens State University, graduating Summa cum laude.
When she’s not working, she likes to read, watch movies, and spend quality time with her family. She was drawn to the healthcare field early on and is proud to be a part of the Cottages family. “I am so proud to be a part of The Cottages family, serving to provide our employees with the best work environment possible to ensure they are dedicated and compassionate while caring for our senior Residents.”
Naomi Scott is a highly effective CFO with 25+ years in accounting, skilled in leadership and finance. In terms of managing a company’s monetary business, Naomi is an expert. From her diligent market research and systems knowledge, she is responsible for all aspects of controlling and forecasting the money for the company. Naomi is a great strategic partner to the CEO and the entire Main Street Seniors team. She joined the Cottages after we sold our other communities and has been with us for more than 2 years. She has been instrumental to help orchestrate and build the accounting department. Additionally, Naomi joined our team right as we were hit with COVID. Naomi has been a critical factor in helping us navigate multiple government programs from relief to aide and has helped us navigate the unprecedented times we are going through.
