Timothy W. Giraldin

President and CEO

Mr. Giraldin was brought into Main Street Seniors by Cliff White to handle the day-to-day operations of running the Main Street Seniors several years ago. Prior to that Tim had been consulting Cliff and working with him for more than 10 years to help develop Cliff’s vision for the senior living market. For the past two years, Tim served as President of Main Street Seniors and helped Cliff and the Main Street Seniors increase their overall value by focusing on the Residents through his Servant Leadership ideals. Tim’s unique skillset complimented Cliff's vision so well Tim recently moved his family to Huntsville to continue to be able to put Cliff’s incredible vision into reality. Tim is a lifelong entrepreneur and CEO, who has founded several start-ups in many different markets. Tim has built a successful business and brings a very complementary approach to what Cliff is trying to do with his vision. Tim’s experience in capital raising, public and private investment markets, and immense business background and savvy make him the perfect person to make this all happen.

John Tyler Keelon

Chief Operating Officer

John like Cliff was raised around and involved in Senior living. John was brought up with and still has a strong passion to serve the senior community market. It is not only natural for John, but something he truly loves and enjoys. Following his family's footsteps, John has watched his grandfather, who constructed and owned multiple nursing home facilities in the 1960s, and his father, who has been in the assisted living business for his entire life. John grew up blessed with having a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw from, not only in operations and management, but in the design, and construction aspect of the business as well. John has worked in the direct running of assisted living facilities to regional and company management positions for the past 10 years. His experience in operations has shown him the great importance of retaining a staff of professional individuals, who also have a heart to serve our seniors. John has been instilled with the belief system that focuses on serving, including the little things within a community, even though they sometimes seem simple, they can make the biggest difference in it feeling like home.

Cliff White

President Cottage Holdings and Chief Development Officer at Main Street Seniors

Cliff White is the President of the Parent Company that owns all the assets and real estate and serves also as managing member. He also will serve as the Chief Development Officer in the management company as lead developer for all the projects in development, and the lead on all acquisitions. This will enable Cliff to continue to build his vision and change how senior living is currently seen. Cliff was raised in and Around Senior Living Cottages and worked many weekends and summers with his grandfather performing general maintenance and repairs. After College Cliff eventually took on the role of President and ran the Cottages for more than 10 years. As one of the industry recognized pioneers with more than 30 years of experience, Cliff has developed a vision for this market that is truly the “next generation” of Senior Living. To enable Cliff could focus on the vision he decided to bring on a new President and CEO for the management Company where he could be an integral part of creating his vision and giving the operation reigns to his capable partner. Cliff also recently sold all ten of the existing Cottages so he could focus entirely on creating and developing his vision. Cliff holds a master’s in business administration and is a Certified Public Accountant. Cliff currently is a member of the Urban Land Institute Senior Housing Council and the American Seniors Housing Association.

Alicia Chargualf

Vice-President Human Resources

With over 10 years of direct hands-on experience Alicia Chargualaf served in The Cottages prior to our sale of the Cottages to HSL in Tennessee as the Human Resources Director. Alicia represented the company with a true servant mentality and handled all day-to-day issues that came up with grace and dignity. Alicia stayed on with us through the acquisition and now serves as our Vice President of Human Resources.

Alicia lives in Madison, Alabama with her husband Danny and their two dogs. She earned her Bachelor of Business Management with a focus on Healthcare Management from Athens State University, graduating Summa cum laude.

When she’s not working, she likes to read, watch movies, and spend quality time with her family. She was drawn to the healthcare field early on and is proud to be a part of the Cottages family. “I am so proud to be a part of The Cottages family, serving to provide our employees with the best work environment possible to ensure they are dedicated and compassionate while caring for our senior Residents.”

Todd White

Vice-President Facilities

Todd white brings over 20 years of experience in contracting, maintenance and construction. Todd has a wide wealth of Knowledge for the Main Street Seniors Team. His experience has given Todd a unique perspective into how a safe, comfortable home environment and how these variable aspects contribute to the overall well-being and quality of life for our residents.
